DBM's own headline is ₱58.9M lower. The dashboard card reads ₱117,992,058,988 while the sum of its five programme measures is ₱118,050,983,577. The figures here match the programme measures to the centavo; the gap sits in DBM's Total Support Fund measure, isolated to FY2024 and FY2025.
NCA is not a disbursement rate. For Financial Assistance the cash-release column exactly mirrors the allocation, and it is not tracked at all for SBDP or SAFPB. Only GEF and GGG carry a real release signal.
Project counts are conservative. 184 source rows share an identical description with another row — genuine separate line items, such as eleven mini-fire trucks booked as one description. Amounts are unaffected.
FY2026 is releases, not appropriations. RA 12314 appropriates ₱57.87B for LGSF; ₱35.45B (61.3%) had been released by 31 May 2026. Release rates diverge sharply — GEF 100%, FA 64.4%, SBDP (₱8.08B) and SAFPB (₱1.00B) 0% — so FY2026 shares measure release progress, not budget priority, and FY2026 is not comparable with the complete years FY2021–2025. The GAA also classes the entire fund as MOOE, with a blank Capital Outlays column.
Provincial governments are recipients in their own right. ₱20.96B across 787 line items — 17.8% of the fund — is recorded at province tier. FY2025 Sulu, for example, is ₱1.14B of which ₱830M went to the provincial tier rather than to its municipalities. Tier is inferred from which geography fields DBM populated, not stated by DBM: about 17% of province-tier money names a barangay or city in its description, so some of it may be provincially administered rather than provincially received.
Barangay coverage is partial. 95.8% of barangay names matched an official PSGC code; SBDP is barangay-level while FA and GEF are largely city or province-level.
